Education and Clinical Training

Dr. Mo received her Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from University of California San Diego. She earned her Master of Science and PhD in Clinical Psychology from Palo Alto University (APA-accredited), where she underwent clinical and research training and specialized in Clinical Neuropsychology.

She has a special interest in dementia (neurodegenerative diseases) and cross-cultural assessment. Her clinical experiences abroad deeply inspired her to introduce and offer neuropsychological services to the Indonesian population.

She completed doctoral-level clinical training in the following areas:

  • Clinical neuropsychology:

    • Kaiser Permanente Santa Rosa, California (2021-2022)

    • University of California San Francisco Memory and Aging Center, California (2022-2023)

  • Psychotherapy:

    • Gronowski Community Mental Health Center, California (2020-2021)

  • Neurodevelopmental assessment:

    • Autism Center of Northern California, California (2021-2022)

  • Pre-doctoral internship (clinical neuropsychology, psychotherapy, and cognitive rehabilitation):

    • University of Florida Health Science Center (Neuropsychology track; 2023-2024)

Dr. Mo is a faculty member in the Department of Psychology at UNIKA Atma Jaya Jakarta. She is part of the Clinical Psychology division.

Dr. Mo teaches various courses, including biopsychology, neuropsychology, clinical psychology, psychopathology, psychodiagnostics, theories of personality, and introduction to psychology.

Her research interests include neuropsychological test development, cross-cultural assessment, and mindfulness.

As a scientist-practitioner, Dr. Mo is committed to delivering evidence-based care and providing compassionate support to patients and their families.

She is licensed as a clinical psychologist by the Indonesian Ministry of Health (STR: NB00001798811609).

Dr. Mo currently practices as a clinical neuropsychologist at RS PIK, Jakarta, providing neuropsychological services for adult and older adult patients in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Merajut Hati Organization

Merajut Hati Organization is a youth-led Indonesian mental health non-profit organization committed to championing equitable access to mental health care and psychoeducation for all Indonesians.

Dr. Mo oversees the free therapy program (Berbagi Hati Program), which provides services to Indonesians with financial difficulties.

Her most recent contribution was leading the development of Merajut Hati's free psychoeducation program (Hati Kami Program), an 8-week course for caregivers and family members of loved ones with mental illness.
